Difference is the case and this style has the silicone nose pieces.

No complaints at all!
I have ordered 3 pairs of these glasses and find them very useful. They perch on the end of my nose and because they are so small, I can easily look over them for distance yet use them for up close work. This online store is excellent; responsive and quick to mail the product.
